Annual Dinner

posted 7 Dec 2011 00:11 by Stockbridge Amateur Dramatic Society

To All SADS Members
The annual dinner will be at The Grosvenor on Saturday 7th of January. I need to tell The Grosvenor who is coming and their choice of dishes by the 31st of December. So I have set up another Doodle poll. Click here to indicate your choices (you can also use it to check what you ordered and change it). If that is tricky then just e-mail or call me.
Like last year the meal will cost £14.95 which includes three courses but excludes wine. SADS will subsidise a welcome glass of Buck's Fizz or similar. The choices are:
First course: Field Mushroom (v) or Chicken Salad
Second course: Salmon or Beef or Cannelloni (v)
Third course: Apple Pie or Profiteroles or Cheese and Biscuits

The Goose is Getting Fat and Stockbridge Late Night Shopping

posted 13 Nov 2011 03:09 by Stockbridge Amateur Dramatic Society

Our next Tuesday evening session will have a Christmas theme and is being organised by Debbie Smart and Sarah Litton. If it is anything like last year it will be a terrific evening. However, just like last year, it clashes with Stockbridge Late Night Shopping (memo to chairman for next year - plan to avoid this!). It would be useful to Debbie and Sarah to know who will be unable to come or can only come late because of this. Then they can plan the evening round it. They are starting to plan the evening already - so please reply as soon as possible.
New idea: you can indicate if you are coming and roughly what time by clicking on this Doodle poll. I only just found out about Doodle polls. They are really, really easy to use. But if you have any problems just send an e-mail instead.

Missing cool box

posted 24 Sep 2011 06:30 by Mark Frank

If you were at the SADS BBQ on 10th July and find that you have gained a small blue cool box, it could be mine.  If you DO have it, please let me know (johnthesound@btinternet.com) and I will relieve you of it the next time we meet.

 Thanks

 John Arnold

Cricket Match cancelled

posted 4 Sep 2011 02:04 by Stockbridge Amateur Dramatic Society

The groundsman at Leckford cricket ground has cancelled the match because of the weather.  This is a great shame - particularly for Anthony Von Roretz who did brilliantly assembling a team.
